We also have a mobile menu available for food truck and virtual slab kitchen conditions, featuring a choice of beef or vegetarian protein on a brioche bun, along with fries and poutine. No matter what your dietary preferences or restrictions may be, we have something for everyone at Slab Burgers.


Size of premises
At Slab Burgers, the size of our premises can vary depending on the type of menu we offer. For a traditional menu, we typically require 500 to 1400 square feet of space. However, with our virtual kitchen option, you’ll only need a space of 400 to 500 square feet. This makes it an ideal option for those who have limited space available, but still want to offer a high-quality food take out experience to their customers.
The Slab Pizza Mission
The Slab Pizza aims to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza at an affordable price by using only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques. Our goal is to provide a high-quality product for pizza lovers without the expensive prices often found at pizzerias.


Price Point & Market
Our pizza sizes range from 8 to 14 inches, catering to different customer preferences. For example, young professionals or students often opt for smaller sizes (8 or 10 inches) and beverages, while families and group events tend to order larger sizes (12 or 14 inches). We target customers willing to pay more for a premium quality product without breaking their budget rather than competing with low-quality pizza shops.
Operation
Our innovative technology allows us to simulate a wood-burning pizza oven without any smoke or ashes, resulting in a clean and odour-free operation similar to a submarine sandwich shop.
Our operation is unique in that we don’t need experienced personnel to make our pizzas – it’s all done using a specialty machine following a specific formula, allowing us to produce various sizes and thicknesses quickly and efficiently. After a few years of operating as a ghost kitchen, we’ve found this concept successful and sustainable for high-volume production. We have been catering to university campuses and high school facilities.


Menu
Our menu includes popular customer requests such as premium white, keto, and low-carb options. We also offer a new-generation trend of unlimited toppings, cheese, and sauces at a fixed price.
In addition to these options, our menu features a selection of unique and delicious desserts served with dipping sauces like salty caramel and vanilla icing. Our desserts are one-of-a-kind and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Size of premises
The traditional menu requires around 800 to 1100 square feet, whereas the mobile menu only needs 300 to 400 square feet – making it ideal to operate from a food truck or in a shopping mall. Our mobile menu offers 8 inches of pizza and dessert.
